






Jean-Michel COMBAZ, President of PATIPRESTIGE, inherits from his parents, pastrycookers, of a long tradition of know how.
He rapidly takes his independance in 1984 by creating his own artisanal pastry making in ANNECY, Haute-Savoie.
With strength and will, the creation of a laboratory is mandatory to fullfill his customers’ requirements, and so is the opening of two new stores.
In 1997, his desire of undertaking leads to the birth of a factory in LA RAVOIRE, Savoie, strategic place in its geography.
He enters the world of great distribution.
Precursor and by taking risks, Jean-Michel COMBAZ imposes the PATIPRESTIGE brand : quality, innovation and perfection, and most of all gustatory security. All of these lead him, during the year 2000, to the research of a technology that could preserve his products. A revolutioning package which consists in the replacing of oxygen by nitrogen, bringing the deadline of consumption to 21 days without any additive.
PATIPRESTIGE was rewarded twice by the OSCAR DE L’EMBALLAGE IFEC 2001 and 2003 and by the TROPHEE DES DISTRIBUTEURS.
During the year 2005, he creates a new production site in DIJON, Bourgogne : a high-technological factory of 5000m2 bringing to the front Jean-Michel COMBAZ slogan : Quality and food safety.
PATIPRESTIGE BOURGOGNE and PATIPRESTIGE RHONE-ALPES are major actors in GMS fresh pastry. The strategic position of his two production sites let him cover all the French territory in fast delivery.
